Sonnet composed as an homage to David Medalla’s Sand Machine that I encountered on a daily basis during my work as an invigilator for the Barbican’s fabulous “Post War Modern” exhibition.

This was orginally created for a project that unfortunately failed to materiliase, but I’m still happy to share the finished work nonethless, I hope you enjoy it.
